Unfortunately (if I'm not mistaken again) Indonesia law doesn't take 'killing under the influences of narcotics or alcohol' as a murder case, they only categorized it as 'under the influences of narcotics or alcohol' case. In my opinion, she should be sue for both case, 'under the influences of narcotics or alcohol' and murder.
No matter how nice she was, no matter how religious she was, no matter how much she already did for humanity, no matter what; there are dead bodies already (plural for god sake!!), so there's no excuse. No excuse.
